Do you remember turning of age and having no idea what to order at a bar? You didn't know any cocktails, what different liquor tasted like, and what mixers went well with what liquors.
I decided to create a website that introduced of age students, to alcohol. I included a page dedicated to the introduction of certain popular spirits, popular cocktails with included recipes, maps for finding nearby liquor stores and bars, and a page on general information about certain spirits.
I began by creating a mood board to understand what style of website I wanted to design. Cocktails can be associated with warm weather, being outdoors, and live music, so I wanted the colours and images to reflect that.
I began by interviewing my friends, to see if they would be interested in a website like this. After the interview, I began deciding on a brand identity, including colour palette, art style, and typography.
After creating rough wireframes for each webpage on Figma, I began coding my website and bringing it together.
